How do I prepare for a blood test?
For most routine blood tests, fasting for 8-12 hours is required. You can drink water during fasting. Avoid smoking, alcohol, and strenuous exercise before the test. Specific tests may have special instructions which will be provided at the time of booking.
How long does it take to get test results?
Most routine test results are available within 24 hours. Some specialized tests may take 2-3 days. Radiology reports are usually available on the same day. You will receive an SMS when your reports are ready for collection or available online.
Do you provide home collection service?
Yes, we provide free home collection service for most tests. Our trained phlebotomists will visit your home at the scheduled time for sample collection. Home collection can be booked online or by calling our customer care number.
Are your reports accepted by doctors?
Yes, our reports are accepted by doctors across hospitals and clinics. We are NABL accredited and follow international quality standards, ensuring reliability and accuracy of our test results.
How can I access my reports online?
You can access your reports through our patient portal on our website or mobile app. You will need your patient ID and registered mobile number to login. Reports are available in downloadable PDF format.
