Advanced CLIA-Based Immunological Testing with Mindray Analyzers

About Immunology

National Lab's immunology department uses Chemiluminescent Immunoassay (CLIA) technology via Mindray fully automated analyzers. CLIA permits analytical procedures with lower analyte detection limits than other immunoassay methods — determining the presence of antibodies or antigens at extremely low concentrations, critical for early disease detection and hormone profiling.

Our Technology

Mindray CLIA Analyzers use Chemiluminescent Immunoassay technology that offers exceptional sensitivity and a wide dynamic range — detecting antibodies at picogram-per-milliliter levels. This technology is free from radioactive hazards and provides highly consistent, reproducible results essential for hormone profiling and immune system assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions

CLIA (Chemiluminescent Immunoassay) uses light emission to detect very small amounts of antibodies, hormones, or antigens with high precision.
For thyroid tests, fasting is generally not required. Reproductive hormones may depend on menstrual cycle timing — consult your doctor.
ANA screens for autoimmune disorders like SLE (lupus), Sjogren's syndrome, scleroderma, and other connective tissue diseases.
